Terry Ananny’s colourful and vibrant acrylic paintings of children at play and seasonal villages have been capturing the spirit of Canadian life on canvas for the past three decades. Her early years spent in summers on Lake Muskoka and travelling to Quebec enriched the artist with lasting impressions of the vast Canadian landscape and diverse Canadian culture. She has participated in many solo and group exhibitions of her work. Her paintings are held in several collections and are seen in galleries in Canada and the United States. Her work has been reproduced a number of times on UNICEF Christmas cards and commissioned for a Canadian coin design.
